We deliver access, not just itineraries
The best tables, cellars and guides aren’t listed — they exist behind relationships. Amble was built around the people who have them.
We have taken the Terrace Room at Luca for the evening. Drinks on arrival at 6.30pm, dinner served at 7pm. A tasting dinner, a closer look at how we create access, and then the part we do best: eating, drinking, and talking about where to send the clients who care most about eating and drinking well.
We are keeping it to eight, so the conversation stays a conversation. Please confirm by Friday 30 October — once the eight are taken we will be running a waitlist.

Xavi Domènech
Xavi is one of those people. He hosts our guests in Catalonia — a sommelier, a storyteller and, more usefully, a neighbour to the winemakers of Penedès and Priorat — and his relationships are what get our guests inside private homes and estates.
