How Amble works, what we do and do not take on, how a journey comes together, and what to expect once a client is booked. If you read one thing before your first enquiry, read this.

Each destination comes in two editions from one design. The client edition is yours to forward; the trade edition carries the advisor terms and is for you.
Catalonia
Hosted by Xavi Domènech. Private homes and estates, a cellar lunch, and the cooking that goes with it.
Umbria
A cooking class in a family home, a norcino’s aging cellar, and a winery with an Etruscan cave on its own grounds.
Oaxaca
Market mornings with a chef, the road out to the palenques, and mezcal with the families who make it.

Sample itineraries
Built for real clients, then de-personalised. Producer names are left out, as they are on every private journey, because the access is the relationship rather than the address.

Commission
15% of the tour price
Paid after travel completes.
First booking bonus
$500
On your first multi-day booking. Available to our Preferred Partners.
Scheduled departures
$2,000 deposit
Non-refundable, per person. Balance due 180 days before departure. A reduced advisor rate applies if you travel yourself.
Private journeys
50% deposit
A $500 planning deposit comes first and is applied to the trip cost. Balance due 90 days before travel.
Card or bank transfer; we do not accept American Express. Client money is held in an independent trust account — Amble Journeys Ltd is a Protected Trust Services member, no. 5978. Full terms at amblejourneys.com/booking-conditions.
Before you sell it
Come and travel with us
Discounted places on scheduled group departures, so you have been to the table before you describe it to a client.
How it works
- Places are offered at a discounted rate, not at a commissionable rate.
- You travel on a scheduled departure alongside guests.
What we ask
- Three Instagram Stories for each day of the trip.
- Two in-feed posts while you are travelling, and one after, within a week of returning home.
- A written review on Amble’s Fora Supplier Profile.
What you earn back
- 50% of your cost refunded once you book two group places, or $20,000 of private travel.
- 100% refunded at five places, or $50,000.
