It's designed entirely around you. Every private journey starts from scratch. We don't adapt a fixed itinerary — we build yours from the ground up, shaped by how you want to travel, what you want to experience, and the moments that matter most to you. Some guests want an immersive deep-dive into wine, spending days in cellars with winemakers and sommeliers. Others want a balance of food, culture, relaxation, and discovery. Most want something in between. We design around that.
It's hosted by our Local Legends. Your journey is led by one of our Local Legends — a sommelier, chef, or specialist who is embedded in the destination and whose relationships open doors that are simply not available to book anywhere else. This is the difference between being shown a place and being welcomed into it. Every tasting, every dinner, every experience is privately arranged for you alone.
It travels at your pace. There are no group dynamics to manage and no fixed schedule to keep. If you want to linger over lunch, you linger. If you want a slower morning, you have it. Private travel with Amble is designed to feel effortless — meticulously planned behind the scenes so that from your perspective, it simply flows.
It's genuinely flexible. Travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a small family group — we design private journeys for groups of 2 to 12. Whether you want three days or three weeks, a single destination or a multi-country itinerary, we'll shape something that fits.

What to Expect on Investment
Every private journey is priced according to your group size, duration, and the experiences we design together. As a guide, guests should plan for a minimum average of $1,000 to $2,000 per day per couple (depending on location) for the Amble experience itself — covering your Local Legend host, private transportation, tastings, and a hosted lunch. Accommodation is costed separately and tailored to your preferences, from boutique wine estates to characterful private villas.
We'll provide a full, transparent proposal before you commit to anything.
How It Comes Together
1. Start with a conversation We begin by understanding how you want to travel — not just where, but the pace, the experiences, and the kind of moments that matter most to you. Fill in our inquiry form and we'll be in touch to set up a call.
2. We design your journey We put together an outline itinerary built around access, flow, and the Local Legends who will bring it to life. A $500 planning fee — applied in full to your trip cost — is required to begin detailed planning. This ensures we can dedicate the time and expertise your journey deserves.
3. We refine the details We adjust, add, and shape the itinerary until it feels exactly right. Once you're happy, a 50% deposit secures your booking.
4. You arrive, we take care of the rest Your final balance is due 90 days before departure. From there, we handle everything — so you can simply arrive and experience it.
