Begin your journey with coffee and flaky pastries in Beaune as we settle into the rhythm of Burgundy. Over a relaxed 30-minute conversation, we’ll introduce the wines of the region and walk through the day’s plan together.
- Morning tasting at a family-run domaine in Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, or Saint-Aubin 
 → A vineyard stroll followed by a cellar tasting of village and premier cru whites
- Pause at Montrachet, one of Burgundy’s most legendary Grand Cru vineyards 
 → A walk through the vines and a conversation about slope, soil, and storytelling
- Seasonal bistro lunch or picnic in the vines with a guided regional cheese tasting 
- Afternoon tasting in Savigny-lès-Beaune or Volnay 
 → A side-by-side of different vineyard expressions and vintages
- Visit to the Hospices de Beaune – a cultural treasure with deep historical ties to wine

Day 2 – Côte de Nuits: Grand Cru & Depth
 We’ll begin the day with fresh croissants and a check-in to reflect on your experience so far.
- First stop: Romanée-Conti, the most iconic Pinot Noir site in the world 
 → A quiet walk and reflection on its legacy
- Tasting at a prestigious domaine in Gevrey-Chambertin or Vosne-Romanée 
 → Explore premier and grand cru wines with context
- Lunch at a sommelier-hosted table or wine-centric countryside inn 
- Visit to a smaller, soulful producer in Nuits-Saint-Georges or Morey-St-Denis 
 → Unfiltered insight into the winemaker’s world
- Final stop at Clos de Vougeot 
 → Stroll the vineyard, snap photos, and optionally explore the château’s historic interior
- Evening free, with relaxed dining recommendations tailored to your taste 
Day 3 – Markets, Makers & Moments
 This day is about living the rhythms of local life—tasting, creating, and connecting.
- Visit to the Beaune market (Wed or Sat) 
 → Wander seasonal stalls, sample cheeses, and chat with local vendors
- Optional: Private cooking class or bread workshop with a local chef or baker 
- Light lunch sourced from the market or hosted in a local kitchen 
- Afternoon visit to a Burgundian pottery atelier or artisan studio 
 → Discover functional art, meet the maker, and take home something meaningful
